DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR DELIVERY - ordered a birthday present to be delivered within 2 hours - 24 hours later order still not dispatched. Missed the birthday! Poorest, most unreliable and misleading customer service I have ever come across. Disgraceful!

Aparently at the age of 46 i was refused service as i was with my 18yo son and i might of been buying alcohol for him. Will never enter this store again and get treated like this by the power tripping and rude female staff members. Obviously management needs to get their act together and send these peasants on their way.

Without a doubt the worst Dan Murphy we’ve been too. Me, 26 and my friend 30 were shopping at 3pm. Had Id checked in store, spent 5 minutes shopping for everything we needed, had 3 seperate people check our IDs yet again and another 3 different people asking what we were looking for and really just being a f-ing nuisance whilst we tried to shop and decide what we wanted. Never had this at any other Dan murphys store between Mackay and Sydney. Avoid before they drive you absolutely insane
